The purpose of this role is to contribute to the success of Barnes Mauritius by executing marketing and communication plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans to support Barnes in achieving its objectives by coordinating projects and monitoring results through the marketing dashboard)
- Coordinate the production of communication materials (business cards, property brochures, roller banners, etc.)
- Manage website: upload new content (blog articles, new properties, updates), monitor SEO provider performance, and track key performance indicators.
- Manage social media channels: ensure editorial consistency, create and publish content, set up ad campaigns (Meta), moderate interactions, and monitor performance
- Organize the creation of communication content (photos, videos, articles): select external providers, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure quality control and monitoring.
- Manage Public Relations: coordinate and liaise with media, update, review, and distribute press kits and press releases
- Coordinate the production and distribution of the Barnes Mauritius magazine, as well as digital newsletters
- Monitor marketing invoices, coordinate with the accounting department, and update the marketing budget
- Develop the efficient use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool within the company
- Supervise marketing interns: oversee project progress, track timelines, and provide coaching
Qualifications : - BSc degree in Marketing/Communication or relevant field.
Experience :
- Proven experience as a marketing and communication executive or similar position (min 5 years)
Knowledge :
- Knowledge of latest marketing and communication trends, techniques and channels.
- Knowledge of both B2C and B2B marketing/ communication
- Excellent writing/verbal skills in French and English
