Phydra is seeking a Marketing Officer to take our digital and brand presence to the next level. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive customer engagement and enhance our brand’s visibility.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns & Content Creation

  • Develop and implement digital content strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute content plans across various channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and style across all content.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future strategies.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar to schedule regular posts.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media trends to ensure relevance.

Design & Marketing Materials

  • Design catalogues, newsletters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment for marketing projects.

Event Coordination

  • Organize campaigns, promotional events, and marketing-related activities, including hostess management.
  • Manage logistics for shop openings and other brand events.
  • Coordinate product transfers and collect feedback from salesgirls to ensure seamless operations.

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Develop promotional strategies based on sales and market trends.
  • Review campaign performance to understand successes and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends to inform future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or related roles.
  • Graphic design and content creation skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Organized & Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in coordination and planning.
  • Detail oriented 
  • Tech -Savvy : proficient in social media management tools, content creation software and analytics platforms
