Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic, creative and results-oriented Marketing Lead to join its team. The Marketing Lead is responsible for all activities related to implementing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the marketing strategy for the company and for new and existing services.
- Identify and facilitate the deployment of innovative services.
- Develop, activate and participate in promotional activities to market the services.
- Work across all departments and brainstorm with the head of Departments to develop and create new business growth strategies.
- Create different strategic segments and develop targeted campaigns choosing the most appropriate channels.
- Conduct and organise forums to promote the company brand locally and internationally.
- Create and manage a calendar of campaigns and events.
- Build, refine and maintain the company online presence in current channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Newsletters).
- Expand to new channels as needed and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Coordinate the implementation of e-commerce promotion plans, website analytics and digital campaigns.
- Conduct marketing surveys.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and assess against set targets.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for management and stakeholders.
- Partner with brands, influencers, marketing and suppliers to build networking for the development of business.
- Participate in the preparation of Strategic Plan and budget forecast to provide clear direction.
- Any other specific tasks as required
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business-related fields.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as Marketing Lead, Marketing Executive, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate clients.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Strong aptitude for data analytics, campaign tracking and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Highly autonomous with extreme ownership of his/her work.
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Holder of a clean driving license.
