The Client is seeking to recruit a Philanthropy Coordinator for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. The Philanthropy Coordinator pursues opportunities to increase the company Fundraising volume by increasing the organisation revenue and brand equity.
. Define, implement and fulfill regular digital communication campaigns.
. Define, plan and perform fundraising events in line with the company vision.
. Develop yearly communication and fundraising operation plan.
. Planning, development and execution of digital contents, programs and campaigns, including online work on corporate project submitting documents.
. Supervise Marketing Trainee and assigned volunteers.
. Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including websites (local and international), handle promotional materials.
. Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics and campaign report such as track and analyse.
. Create content for digital activities.
. Oversee pay per click and management.
. Coordinate with organisation stakeholders.
. Keep up to date with accurate information on fundraising activities.
. Ensure adherence to valid manuals and guidelines and reporting procedure.
. Assure stable employee relations by managing conflict and creating a positive working environment.
. Any other cognate duties.
Profile:
. Diploma / Degree in Marketing.
. Experience in digital marketing.
. Experience in direct communication and events.
. Experience in an agency would be an advantage.
. Dynamic and outgoing personality.
. Ability to handle donors account and build long term relationship with stakeholders.
. Good oral, presentation and writing communication skill in both French and English.
. Team player and good management skills.
. Capable of working with little supervision.
. Good knowledge of microsoft office tools and database/CRM skills.
. Enthusiasm and commitment to the cause.
