The job incumbent will have the responsibility to develop marketing strategies and campaigns and oversee the implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials, advertising opportunities and client acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation
- Develop and conduct promotional activities
- Liaise with external advertising agencies and in-house graphic designers to design marketing materials
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website and social media content
- Work in close collaboration with the Buying and Sales team for proper communication flow and to ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns in showrooms
- Coordinate internal marketing and communication
- Monitor marketing performance and return on investment
- Manage the Marketing budget
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures and propose relative strategies
- Organise and attend all marketing events
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Must show creativity and commercial awareness
- Promote innovative ideas and actions
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to handle several campaigns simultaneously, work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong project management and organizational skills and must be adaptable
- Meticulous and details oriented
- Able to work odd hours
- A confident team player
- Holder of a valid driving license
