Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

  • Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in creating and implementing marketing plans to promote MaxCity projects effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.

Project-Based Marketing Initiatives:

Assist in Events & PR:

  • Organize end-of-year talks and networking events in collaboration with partners.
  • Develop promotional content such as banners, presentations, and press releases.
  • Attend events, prepare media kits, and coordinate press coverage and promotional materials.

Website and Digital Updates:

  • Manage updates to the MaxCity website to ensure accurate information and improved user experience.
  • Coordinate with tech providers to maintain updated office listings and integrate the CRM system for streamlined operations.

Social Media Management:

  • Design, plan, and schedule posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance visibility.
  • Coordinate with creative suppliers to develop visuals and videos, manage budget allocations, and track social media ad performance.

Internal & External Communications:

  • Assist in drafting announcements, project updates, and partnership details for employees and stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.

Sales Tools & CRM Implementation:

  • Support the Marketing and Communication Manager to update and develop sales materials, including brochures and presentations, to support marketing and lead generation.
  • Assist in rolling out a CRM system to manage client relationships and streamline marketing activities.

Brochure Launch:

  • Coordinate the launch of the new brochure with architects and designers.
  • Manage online and offline distribution and promotional activities for visibility.

Assist in Campaign Management:

  • Organize marketing campaigns for properties, including social media content, budgeting, and regular meetings with agencies.
  • Schedule on-site content creation and manage campaign updates.

Signage and On-Site Branding:

  • Oversee signage and other branding materials, ensuring consistent design and quality through supplier visits and installations.

Event and PR Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing events and press releases, increasing its visibility in collaboration with the PR team.

Foodhall & Commercial Space Branding:

  • Support branding efforts for the upcoming foodhall, including logo design, PR, and promotional content for commercial spaces.

Additional Marketing Support:

  1. Corporate Website Optimization:
    • Maintain SEO and manage Google Ads to ensure the website aligns with marketing goals.
  2. Email Signature:
    • Help create an interactive email signature and centralize contact information for smoother communication.
  3. End-of-Year Event Planning:
    • Organize end-of-year decorations and events, coordinating logistics to ensure smooth setup and a cohesive look.

Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Assistance:

  1. Digital Content Creation:
    • Create visuals for digital and print platforms, like social media graphics and advertisements, adhering to brand standards.
  2. Design Software Expertise:
    • Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite to create professional, visually consistent content.
  3. Project Coordination and Feedback:
    • Work on multiple design projects, adjusting based on feedback from stakeholders.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on digital campaigns, tracking key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualifications: Diploma /Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field, plus 3-4 years of experience. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and basic graphic design is a plus.
  • Key Skills:
    • Communication: Proficient in English and French, strong storytelling abilities.
    • Creativity: Able to develop engaging campaigns.
    • Analytical Skills: Knowledge of KPIs and data-driven insights.
    • Project Management: Organized, able to handle multiple projects.
    • Adaptability: Quick to respond to changing market needs.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Builds relationships and works well in teams.

A proactive learning approach and local market understanding are also essential.
