Our client, in the engineering sector, is looking for a Manager (to be based in Seychelles).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and day-to-day management of the company and its resources – human capital, finance, materials and equipment.

Main responsibilities:

• Meet prospective clients and devise strategies to secure new jobs/projects with a view to increase turnover and profitability of the company
• Ensure projects are managed within cost, time, scope and quality parameters
• Lead and manage staff in back-office, design team, and project teams on sites
• Oversee the tendering process and ensure timely submission of tender documents
• Prepare and submit annual budgets & forecasts and conduct variance analyses
• Implement and monitor KPIs for each section to drive and quantify cost optimization while maintaining quality and customer service
• Responsible for manpower planning, staffing, training, development, performance management, reward, and discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in construction or building services
• At least 10 years of experience in contracting field at senior management level
• Technical knowledge in MEP and allied products in the construction industry
