The Manager - Digital Implementation will lead the integration of digital solutions that power Cim Finance products and services.
This role requires a strategic thinker and technical subject matter expert with a proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation programs. As the technical subject matter expert, the Manager - Digital Implementation will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring seamless execution of digital transformation initiatives. He/She will oversee complex projects that span multiple departments, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end technical and solution aspects of projects, from inception to post-implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, design, development, and implementation of digital solutions.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance solution designs.
- Review project deliverables and functional specifications for alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business users to define project requirements, scope changes, and application updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements in all deliverables.
- Lead the team in completing the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Manage relationships with vendors on deliverables, system upgrades, and problem resolution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement automation projects.
- Maintain and manage the digital ecosystem in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent is advantageous.
- 5–10 years of experience in software/application development, with a focus on IT and digital projects.
- Experience managing large digital transformation programs.
- Experience in the financial sector, including banking, non-banking, and/or payment systems.
- Strong background in automation, digitalization, workflow, and RPA technologies.
- Proven team and people management skills.
Technical and Soft Skills:
- Expertise in program and portfolio management for parallel projects.
- Strong solution design skills, particularly in modern technologies and architecture.
- Knowledge of web and mobile application development, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Sound understanding of financial IT systems and operational processes.
- Strong leadership, vision, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to deliver results within tight timeframes and resource constraints.
