Management Executive – Transformation Support

The main role of the management executive is to assist the senior management (CEO/COO) to achieve the vision and mission of the Geroudis group of companies through the implementation of the various strategic and tactical plans.


This is a role for a manager to be, who wants to have hands on experience in the various functions of a company (HR, Administration, Sales, Marketing, Quality Management, Process Improvement, Legal) to have a broad view of a company operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following is a non-exhaustive list of duties:

  • Documentation of existing and to-be processes.
  • Creation of document templates.
  • Calculation of costs for various services offered by the company.
  • Coaching and mentoring of employees (very important role).
  • Performing internal audit to ensure the implemented processes are being implemented as required and/or to the desired quality level.
  • Designing and assisting teams in data capture sheets evaluate process performance.
  • Assisting teams in calculating their various metrics.
  • Identify training needs.
  • Ensure all management reports are produced on time and the required quality.
  • To perform research in best practices for field of practice.
  • Perform data reconciliation from primary and secondary sources.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role will not have direct reporting lines, though will involve working ad influencing other employees in parallel/matrix reporting lines.

Degree of Independence/Supervision

  • Requires minimal supervisions on the job. Independently works under broad supervision and can manage one owns time efficiently.
  • Follows principle of project and quality management.
  • Perform hierarchical escalation only in situation of exception.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems, Project Management and/or similar qualification.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.


A lesser qualification may be accepted if this is compensated by suitable demonstrable real world experience.


  • Moderate to expert level in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in business process documentation software such as MS Visio.
  • Desired experience in MS Project/SharePoint.

You should already be a self-starter, quick learner and have a solid ability to work independently and get things done.

Contract Type

Fixed period for 6 months with high probability of being converted to a permanent role upon satisfactory completion of the assignment.
