To provide administrative support to ensure an effective administration in the Maintenance Department and an efficient liaison with other departments.
- Organises and files all Maintenance documents so that they are readily available on request for answering queries or preparing reports.
- Accurately word-processes all rosters, correspondence, minutes of meeting, reports, memos and other documents relevant to the Maintenance Department.
- Provides reference / dates on all correspondences and memos.
- Performs various data input duties as required.
- Signs on behalf of superior, as delegated, correspondence, requisitions, vouchers, and other forms.
- Raises purchases requests as per instructions of the Maintenance Manager and ensures their follow-up.
