Machine Operators

DESCRIPTION CDL Knits, textile mill located in Forest Side is looking for Operators. Created in 1989 and a member of CIEL Textile, CDL is a fully integrated knitting, dyeing and finishing mill.

With a workforce over 300, CDL produces fabric for the fine knits garment making industry. CDL is currently looking for Machine Operators to operate machines in its Knitting, Dyeing and Finishing departments.

The Machine Operators will be reporting to the Supervisors.

What you will be doing:

• Perform in a team based structure within production cells/groups
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for each process
• Ability to meet production targets set
• Either operating machines or processes directly or using controls (including computers)
• Polyvalent across the organization; Knitting, Dyeing and Finishing department
• Maintain 6S in the organization
• Other applicable tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
