Your LittleBig responsibilities:

As a Business Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring client satisfaction by managing and nurturing your portfolio of clients.
  • Creating and validating new projects, including the verification and validation of supplier and client profiles, as well as legal document validation.
  • Processing Purchase Orders and ensuring timely validation of timesheets by Suppliers and Clients, while addressing any potential issues.
  • Monitoring project renewals closely following the reception of Purchase Orders.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to maintain strong alignment and support business growth.
  • Working with the finance team to ensure a seamless billing flow.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales administration processes by providing valuable feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in business support roles.
  • Proficiency in SaaS platforms is advantageous.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Experience:

  • Junior level with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in Customer Support or related service fields, especially for digital products.

Profile:

  • Enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • A degree in Communication, Management, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Team player who is also comfortable working independently.
