The Mechanical & Planning Lead will provide leadership to a team of mechanics to ensure that maintenance KPIs are met.
- Meet maintenance KPIs and report on any deviations.
- Supervise and organise the daily work of the mechanics, ensuring that all corrective tasks are promptly.
- Follow-up on equipment tear and wear and plan the replacement of spare parts.
- Create, standardise, implement and follow-up of preventive maintenance plan.
- Perform troubleshoot when required.
- Maintain and monitor a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, and ensure no out-of-stock situation.
- Keep record of the maintenance history of the plant's equipment.

Qualifications
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate (HSC)/ Bachelor’s Degree in Sugar Manufacturing, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/ DUST/ HND/ BTS in Maintenance or an alternative equivalent qualification.
- At least two (2) years’ of relevant work experience.
