The Marketing Information Coordinator will assist the Marketing Coordinator to track/convert market and sales data into readily useful reports.
JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting and summarizing sales data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, forecasts, account analyses, new product information.
- Monitor budgets by comparing and providing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Prepare and sends price lists in a timely manner to the various customer groups.
- Upload costs and selling prices into the system on a regular basis.
- Compile and provides clients with vital information such as Sales performance as per defined timeframe.
- Assist Head of Marketing with regard to clients’ contracts and invoices.
- Track and convert market and sales data into readily useful reports.
- Attend key customers’ requirements and promotional initiatives.
- Perform such other cognate duties as may be requested by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Marketing or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Extremely proficient with Ms Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Successful with outlining, managing and performing in multi-tasking environment.
- Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects.
- Analytical, Methodical & Problem solving skills.
- Team-oriented with positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
