MARKETING INFORMATION COORDINATOR

The Marketing Information Coordinator will assist the Marketing Coordinator to track/convert market and sales data into readily useful reports.

JOB DUTIES:

Prepare marketing reports by collecting and summarizing sales data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Support sales staff by providing sales data, forecasts, account analyses, new product information.
Monitor budgets by comparing and providing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Prepare and sends price lists in a timely manner to the various customer groups.
Upload costs and selling prices into the system on a regular basis.
Compile and provides clients with vital information such as Sales performance as per defined timeframe.
Assist Head of Marketing with regard to clients’ contracts and invoices.
Track and convert market and sales data into readily useful reports.
Attend key customers’ requirements and promotional initiatives.
Perform such other cognate duties as may be requested by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Marketing or any other related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Extremely proficient with Ms Office, particularly MS Excel.
Successful with outlining, managing and performing in multi-tasking environment.
Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects.
Analytical, Methodical & Problem solving skills.
Team-oriented with positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
