MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

International company in TV/Media and Telecom is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager for its worldwide activity.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop plans and budgets of the communication day to day
• Working with key internal people to deliver projects and campaigns, in particular: Sales, Product Marketing, Events.
• Creating innovative marketing and advertising campaigns to showcase our products with our web team.
• Ensuring all activities and communications align with brand and PR messages agreed with our Management team
• Oversee all metrics tracking and reporting on the communications plan
• Developing and delivering PR strategy to support our targets for media coverage, traffic, new buyers and users
• Planning and development of community strategy with a detailed action plan.
• Building visibility and credibility by using Twitter, Linkedin and moderating our own social Network.
• Analyzing efforts driving the most traffic.

 Requirements:

• Have a degree in a related field of study, with ideally 2+ years’ experience in a marketing environment
• Some knowledge of the Telecom, TV and Media industries but not required
• Effective written and verbal communication in French, English and Spanish
• High energy, proactive and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• A natural storytelling ability and rapport with a wide variety of people
• Have strong communication, management and relationship building skills
• This position is based out of Dataxis’ Mauritius office.
