M&E COORDINATOR

• BSc or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years work experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong Personality.
• To assist the CM, SM or SE with the installation, co-ordination, quality controls and commissioning for all MEP and specialist’s contracts.
• To familiarise themselves with all specifications and requirements of all equipment/fittings prior to installation.
• Understanding the MEP contractor and specialist’s bids with the specifications, qualifications, procurement, program and long lead-in items.
• Assists the sub-contractors and SE with all information and technical data required, workshop drawings, as built drawings, quality checks and signing off by the MEP consultants, manuals and warrantees, de-snagging, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Co-ordinating and supervising all MEP installations.
• Ensure that all MEP and specialist contractors work safely and always use the correct PPE.
