DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
LOGISTIC – RAW MATERIAL

•	Coordinate with suppliers on lead time, delivery & shipment
•	Combine and plane shipment of Raw material with forwarders
•	Work with forwarders to acquire the best quotation
•	Review of Import Bills and HS Codes
•	Prepare weekly report on shipment status for management meeting

LOGISTIC – FINISHED GOODS
•	Prepare export documents & shipping marks  
•	Coordinate with forwarder for document validation
•	Coordinate with drivers
•	Prepare final documents for clients
•	Prepare full set of documents for Accounting Dept

INVENTORY
•	Checking Purchase order against workings
•	Timely Update of Inventory Report 

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•	HSC holder/ Certificate holder or higher
•	A professional experience of minimum 1 year in related field
