Key Responsibilities:

-        Supervise laboratory activities to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with standards.

-        Conduct material testing (physical, mechanical, chemical, among others) and ensure conformity with quality control protocols.

-        Record, analyze, and report test results accurately to internal and external stakeholders.

-        Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance and ensure proper calibration.

-        Provide technical support to production, sales, and quality assurance teams.

-        Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

-        Train and mentor laboratory staff on procedures and best practices.

Candidate profile:

-        Education: Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

-        Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar environment.

-        Strong knowledge of building and civil engineering materials.

-        Proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis tools.

-        Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

-        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-        Driving license is a must.
