To ensure the safety of all guests and team members in the pool and at sea.
Customer Service
- Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Offers solutions to guests’ requests and complaints.
- Carefully supervises the safety of all guests and team members in the pool (especially children), and provides assistance to guests in the pool whenever needed.
- Helps Mini Club Assistants during mini club activities in the pool.
Communication
- Attends all meetings relevant to beach service whenever required.
Health & Safety Prevention
- Systematically advises guests entering the pool on precautions to be taken (e.g. No Diving).
- Provides assistance to guests in the pool area to move in case of bad weather or other emergency situations.
- Rescues or provides First Aid to guests and team members in the pool or at sea and makes proper use of the buoy, whenever required.
SPECIFIC ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES
Pool Operations
- Checks that the chlorine level in the pool water is adequate.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the water and pool surroundings in liaison with the Maintenance Department.
- Checks that only plastic cups are used around the pool.
- Ensures that pool deckchairs and mattresses are aligned and clean.
- Checks that pool umbrellas are opened, clean and in good operating condition, before pool opening hours.
