Maintain, repair, install and test equipment and systems throughout the facility to ensure safe and proper operation. Inspects equipment and systems to identify hazards and defects and takes immediate corrective/preventive actions to ensure the highest level of safety at the hotel.
- Responds to Guests’ requests throughout the facility to make the necessary repairs and interventions; including the use of work tracking software and devices.
- Performs preventive maintenance and tests diverse systems, subsystems and equipment including disassembly, replacement, cleaning, and repair.
- Maintains all fixtures throughout the facility by replacing items and/or making necessary repairs/replacements to the fixtures on a routine and regular basis to sustain Hilton’s worldwide 5* standards.
- Identifies malfunctioning equipment and hazards using a variety of testing devices.
