The Kid’s Club Manager ensures that the Kid’s Club delivers a safe and positive member experience. Kid’s Club Manager contribute to running a clean, friendly and well maintained club, and executing the team member basics of being on time and complying with the good running of the operation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High School Diploma
- Supervisory level training
- Management stress
- General education related to Child care
- Kids safety awareness
- First aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) from an approved organization.
- Kids Pedagogy
- Customer care
Work experience
- At least 3 years experience in Kids Club related to hospitality.
Professional skills
- Speak fluently English and French
- Speak fluently English and French
- Experience with several hotel operation systems
- Skilful in planning tasks/roster
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail (Kids allergies or medical restriction)
- Can provide First aid
- Food handlers certificate
- Company policies and procedures pertaining to position
- Principles of Babysitting
- Provide a sincere and loving attitude toward children showing patience and concern for their well being
- Handle any situation calmly and sensibly
- Work independently

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists Planning Departmental Director with all member concerns regarding Kid’s Club.
- Trains all Kid’s Club Hostesses to perform duties according to company policy.
- Provides care to children, attending to their personal needs.
- Disciplines children and recommend or initiates other measures to control behavior
- Develops and implements activities for the children.
- Center attention on the children’s needs and safety at all times. Follow all safety rules.
- Project a positive friendly and caring attitude at all times while interacting with children and their parents.
- Provide parents and guardian information of the child’s behavior and any unusual occurrence or activity involving their child.
- Follow up Kid’s arrival as per Hotel policy and Kid’s registration.
- Follow up Kid’s Birthday.
- To ensure Weekly program is done and distributed to guest.
- To ensure Kid’s Club website is updated.
- Innovative ideas to be proposed for Kid’s Club Marketing as per Hotel policy.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Deal effectively with a diversity of individuals.
- Understand and follow oral and written instruction.
- Adjust to the changing demands of works.
- Respond to requests and inquiries from the customer and staff.

- Review guest feedbacks, revise, and create club paperwork.
- Ensure special program is being prepared for special events like Easter, Festive and School holidays.
- Communicate with Kid’s Club Hostesses (Daily briefing, Monthly meeting).
- Daily inspection of the Kid’s Club: Safety environment and Hazard free.
- Ensure operation materials are available.
- Ensure staff grooming and welfare.
- Ensure KPI’S and Training.
- Manage guest complaints and seeks for solution.
