Seeking a Junior Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records.
The Responsibilities:
The Junior Payroll Officer is expected to:
- Prepare and Process accurately all payroll transactions monthly.
- Collect, calculate, and enter data in payroll system order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Ensure salaries and tax withholdings are calculated accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, verify and reconcile payroll items prior to payroll validation.
- Prepare and dispatch all documents related to payroll.
The Requirements:- Bachelor's degree/Accounting/Management or Part-Qualified ACCA students (At least Level 1).
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Qualities and skills required: Strong attention to detail, Excellent Communication skills, Proactive, Good team spirit, Reliable and responsible, Quick learner, Strong attention to detail.
