Kolos Cement Ltd is looking for an experienced Junior HR Officer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance and update same on the Payroll System
- Provide support in monthly Payroll
- Provide support in the Recruitment & Selection process
- Set up ‘Purchase Requisitions’ on the system ‘Oracle’ and make follow-up
- Liaise with HRDC for all training and grant refund
- Follow up on training evaluations
- Ensure that HR databases are up to date and accurate
- Medical insurance management
- To perform any cognate administrative duties as may be assigned
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- At least a Certificate in HR or any other equivalent qualifications
- A minimum of 1-year experience at the same position
- Experience in Payroll processing shall be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of current employment legislation
- Proficiency of MS Office tools
- Knowledge of Payroll Software would be an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills
