Our client is recruiting a Junior Country Loan Book Officer

 Main Purpose Of The Job

To perform all such duties and exercise all such powers in relation to the business of the company as may from time to time be vested in or assigned to you by the company with the main function/s of your job as follows.

Key Performance Indicators 

  • Processing loan book journals, transactions on operational systems.
  • Preparation of disbursement and refund instructions to banks.
  • Administrative query resolution.
  • Control account clearing.
  • Reconciliations of daily processing instructions.
  • Reporting
  • Volumes and values processed.
  • Performance to set benchmark and SLA.
  • Duration target.
  • Activity target
  • Quality target
  • Deadline targets.
  • Processing feedback and reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc projects as may be required from you by management from time to time.

 Profile:

  • BSC Finance or Accounting  or other
  • Working experience 2-3  years minimum
  • Computer literate, with a good knowledge of Excel and  Accounting.
