Prepare monthly reports
.Control stock inventories
.Assist the Finance department in any other cognate duties
.Participates in the receiving process very often to investigate quantities, quality of products and if the receiving procedures are followed
.Issues daily food cost reports.
.Ensures that all “transfers” between outlets or to theIr departments are prepared and accounted
.Verifies daily all bar par stocks and takes necessary action when discrepancies arise
.Calculates costs of imported goods and its unit price and sends the information and file to Finance Department.
.Values the inventories and checks all discrepancies, sending all needed information to Finance for control purposes and comparison with the book values.
EXPERIENCE
HSC
.Diploma / Degree in a relevant field
.At least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position in a Luxury Resort
.Ready to work odd hours
.Pleasant & outgoing personality.
.Knowledge of Hotel Accounting Software
