Coastal Hardware is looking for a Junior Administrator. The ideal candidate will not only excel in administration but will also be responsible for driving as well as a supporting role for the Sales Manager to contribute to our growth. Recent graduates and interns are welcome to apply for this role.
- Administration Duties:
- Manage and organize the sales manager’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and taking minutes during meetings as needed.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the sales manager to and from various locations throughout Mauritius for meetings and appointments.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Plan routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and punctuality.
- Assist with errands and deliveries as required.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with basic office software and tools.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
