We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and self-committed
candidate to form part of our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Knowledge of company history, products, and services.
- Master Tour operator specificities, client profile and market trends.
- Ensures that all clients receive their arrival and departure messages as per procedures.
- Assist clients at the airport as and when required.
- Plan and organize meetings with clients
- Assists clients for all required modifications and requests during their stay.
- Ensure follow-up of clients' complaints.
- Ensures sales of services, Tours & Excursions, Car rental as per the company’s procedures and targets
- Ensures the receipt of payment for services provided.
- Makes reservation with Tours according to procedures.
- Participates in the development of strategies to increase sales
- Analyzes the needs of the clients and propose the appropriate assistance, service, or product of the company.
- Follows all accounting procedures, that is collect cash payments and generate invoices upon sales
- Writing of weekly, monthly and specific reports.
- Attends monthly office meetings.
- Performs any other duties in relation to the job requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Specific Requirements
- HSC holder
- Certificate in sales or equivalent
- At least two years experience in the tourism sector
- Fluent in Italian is compulsory - (Both written and spoken)
- Fluent in French and Englis
- Customer Relations Skills
- Planning and Selling Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Broad Knowledge of airlines services
- Good Knowledge of local geography
- Adaptability and flexibility to last minute change
- Willing to work odd hours (shift system) and during Weekends and Public Holidays
