Reporting to the Billing & Insurance Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage the Billing and Insurance Officer Team as a whole.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for Billing & Insurance Officer Roster
- Credit List Screening and liaising with concerned Insurance company as and when needed
- Reception and transmission of information by mail/fax to concerned parties
- Develop, motivate, and train all respective team members through regular meetings and trainings.
- Complaints handling for the Insurance Team
- To prepare and present weekly and monthly reports.
- Liaise with payroll department for correction of anomalies in attendance
- Assisting the Team Lead with the attendance system (Vipertex)
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Insurance Team
What are we looking for?
- HSC/SC Holder
- Minimum of 4-5 years proven work experience in the medical insurance field
- Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills and can work autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
