Insurance Lead

Reporting to the Billing & Insurance Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage the Billing and Insurance Officer Team as a whole.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for Billing & Insurance Officer Roster
• Credit List Screening and liaising with concerned Insurance company as and when needed
• Reception and transmission of information by mail/fax to concerned parties
• Develop, motivate, and train all respective team members through regular meetings and trainings.
• Complaints handling for the Insurance Team
• To prepare and present weekly and monthly reports.
• Liaise with payroll department for correction of anomalies in attendance
• Assisting the Team Lead with the attendance system (Vipertex)
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Insurance Team

What are we looking for?

•  HSC/SC Holder
•  Minimum of 4-5 years proven work experience in the medical insurance field
•  Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders
•  Excellent leadership skills and can work autonomously
• Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
