An Indoor Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales leads through outbound calls. Use of persuasive communication skills to promote products or services to potential and existing clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Dialing existing and prospective customers to introduce products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling product presentations and addressing customer objections.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • CRM Data Management: Accurately recording customer interactions and information in a CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Continuous Learning: Participating in training and development programs to improve sales skills.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Persuasive and persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system.

Experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
