You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Indoor Sales Coordinator:

  • Respond to sales inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Support the Sales Director and team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
