You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Indoor Sales Coordinator:
- Respond to sales inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Support the Sales Director and team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
