We are looking for an Inbound Lead Management Trainee to support our sales team based at our Head Office in Mapou.

 

Overview of the role:

We are looking for an Inbound Lead Management Trainee to support our sales team by handling lead creation in our CRM (SalesForce) and extracting key data from our PMS (INFOR) system.

 

During this internship, you will help optimize sales processes, allowing the team to focus on closing deals.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming emails and create leads in Salesforce.
  • Retrieve and input relevant data from INFOR to enrich CRM records.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple tasks.

 

Candidate's Profile:

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
