To plan, organise and co-ordinate the smooth and efficient operation of the In-Room Dining section.
- Implements and monitors an accurate ordering and delivery system for the In-Room Dining section.
- Maintains an efficient reservation system for various catering functions under his/her responsibility.
- Advises the Chef on the number of orders and /or any special requests.
- Reviews all operating reports with HODs and conducts regular meetings to correct any arising operational problem.
