To plan, organise and co-ordinate the smooth and efficient operation of the In-Room Dining section.

 

  • Implements and monitors an accurate ordering and delivery system for the In-Room Dining section.
  • Maintains an efficient reservation system for various catering functions under his/her responsibility.
  • Advises the Chef on the number of orders and /or any special requests.
  • Reviews all operating reports with HODs and conducts regular meetings to correct any arising operational problem.
  • Other cognate duties.
