FRCI is currently looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join our Business Solutions Team.

The  Implementation Consultantwill play a crucial role in configuring and deploying our business applications, ensuring their smooth operation, and providing training to customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize their use of the solutions.

As a key element of our team, the main responsibilities for this position will include but will not be limited to participating in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and test our business solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct system testing to ensure smooth functionality and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide customer training and adoption support for deployed solutions.
• Work with internal teams to validate new features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and post-go-live issues.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize business processes through technology.
• Support the integration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, where applicable.
• Proven experience in business software implementation and testing.
• Strong understanding of business applications, ERP solutions, and system workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges.
• Strong communication and training skills to engage customers effectively.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to improve solutions.
• Experience with Business Central (implementation or pre-sales) is a strong advantage.
• Background in IT, business systems, or software consulting.

Requirements:

Education

• At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of proven work experience in this field
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and version control systems

• Highly skilled in database connections & queries
• Strong collaboration skills
