he Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role in deploying and customizing the ERP system to meet the specific needs of a business.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand business needs and requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise during the implementation of software solutions.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize software systems to meet client-specific requirements.
- Integration: Develop and implement integration solutions between various systems and applications.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Training: Train clients and end-users on new systems and processes.
- Support: Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Project Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and any technical issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation or similar roles. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application, CRM platforms, or cloud solutions

- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. (English/french)
