he Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role in deploying and customizing the ERP system to meet the specific needs of a business.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise during the implementation of software solutions.
  • System Configuration: Configure and customize software systems to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Integration: Develop and implement integration solutions between various systems and applications.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Training: Train clients and end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Support: Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Project Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and any technical issues that arise.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation or similar roles. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business/ ERP Application, CRM platforms, or cloud solutions
 
Skills:
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. (English/french)
