What You’ll Do:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
• Support system maintenance, updates, and installations.
• Help with IT documentation and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and good communication skills.
