IT Trainee

As an IT Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our IT team with various projects and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades
• Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues
• Participate in the development and testing of new applications and systems
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
• Attend to calls (through remote/ on phone/ onsite) from bank users requesting for IT support
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
• Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and issues
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
