We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join our growing team. 

What You'll Do:
As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations, working closely with the IT Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

• User Support: Provide top-notch assistance to users by receiving and resolving incidents efficiently.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Diagnose and tackle first-level issues, or escalate them when needed.
• Incident Tracking: Follow up on incidents and suggest preventive measures to enhance service quality.
• Equipment Management: Identify and replace IT equipment as necessary to keep everything running smoothly.
• Documentation: Record incidents and document solutions in our database for future reference.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Strong Communication Skills: Great at connecting with people and conveying ideas clearly.
• Tech Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365, along with a grasp of networking concepts (IP addressing, VoIP, etc.).

Additional Skills:

If you have experience in any of these areas, you’ll shine even brighter:

• Systems: Familiarity with Windows Server (2012 to 2022) and VMware.
• Cybersecurity: Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and Veeam backup solutions.
• Networking Enthusiasm: Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, including switching and routing.
