Responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate existing network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep network operations seamless and efficient.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Internet systems.
- Handle recovery tasks such as installing and testing replacement hardware/software and updating customers about the progress of work.
- Quickly and effectively solve technical problems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with a team of technicians to address high-priority situations and work independently on routine, lower-priority issues.
- Maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure scenarios to ensure timely problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- High School Certificate (HSC) required.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and update clients effectively.
