The job incumbent will be responsible for installation and support of IT Equipment and platforms, including end user support.
EO Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer/Technician to join our growing team.
Job Description:
- Provide installation services to our customers;
- Offer technical support to customers both onsite and remotely;
- Follow guidelines and best practices and suggest improvements as required;
- Ensure customer satisfaction while aligning to the company’s objectives;
- Provide optimal information, guidance, and support to all stakeholders;
- Prepare reports with information summaries and analysis.
- HSC holder
- A Diploma or Degree in IT or any equivalent combination of education or experience
- Good practical knowledge of IT hardware, Microsoft Operating systems and applications.
- Good understanding of Networking.
- Willingness to learn and passionate about technology.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar position
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, pro-active and pleasant personality
- Very good mastery of written and spoken English and French.
