IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated IT Project Coordinator who will help and support the Swan project management for Business Transformation and solutions

Main Duties will include:

• Collaborate closely with project managers, take ownership of project segments, and employ project management methodologies within an established eco-system and SDLC framework aligned with business expectations to support projects from requirements gathering to delivery
• Monitor project progress and track tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure that projects are being delivered on time, with the desired quality and withing budget
• Support in project methodology and tools, to drive efficiency and performance
• Coordinate meetings and workshops, ensuring all relevant parties are involved
• Follow up on communication with external and internal stakeholders and address any delays
• Accurate project documentation, including project plans and meeting minutes
• Generate and distribute regular project status reports
• Identify potential risks and issues and communicate them to the project manager

Profile Preference:

The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:

•  Degree in Management/Business Administration/IT related field
• Have at least 3 years professional experience in IT project management related field
• Completed Project Management as a module in a course or experience in projects would be a definite advantage
• Good team spirit, results-oriented and great impactful communication
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
• Ability to take charge in the absence of the project manager
• Openness to learning new tools and techniques
• Oriented to creative innovation
• Ability to work methodically and plan activities systematically
• Anticipate, drive and monitor projects with confidence
