Reporting to the Operations Excellence Manager, the IT  Lead will oversee the efficiency and security while ensuring seamless support for our employees. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy problem-solving, this is the opportunity for you!

 

Main Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations:

  • Maximize network uptime and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Manage user creation/termination on the enterprise domain.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, phones, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assign and configure new IT devices (phones, laptops, etc.).
  • Develop and manage a centralized portal for IT process documentation.

IT Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Act as the primary contact for IT-related issues.
  • Provide onsite troubleshooting for minor hardware and software concerns.
  • Raise and follow up on IT support tickets with external IT service providers.

Security & Compliance:

  • Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security.
  • Administer user access on SharePoint and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure IT operations comply with security regulations and company policies.

Procurement & Budgeting:

  • Preparing the annual IT budget.
  • Track and manage IT equipment inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT supplies and services.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

  • Prepare regular reports on IT activities, service requests, and operational performance.
  • Analyze IT data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.

 

Power BI and Automation:

  • Proficiency in Power BI: Ability to create interactive reports and dashboards, analyze data, and provide valuable business insights through data visualization.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365: Strong knowledge of Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel, for seamless collaboration and efficient workflow management.
  • Familiarity with IT Automation Systems: Experience with any IT automation tools or platforms to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work.

 

 

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with IT security, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
