Job Description:

The job incumbent will be responsible for diagnostics and repairs of Laptops, Computers and other IT equipment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, troubleshooting and repair services to our customers on IT equipment;
• Perform repairs to equipment both onsite and remotely;
• Follow guidelines and best practises and suggest improvements as required;
• Ensure customer satisfaction while aligning to the company’s objectives;
• Assist in Providing optimal information, guidance and training to trainees.

 Qualifications:

• Experience in repairs of Laptops, computers and IT equipment
• Good understanding and practical abilities in electronic repairs and troubleshooting
• Experience and certification in Dell or HP or Lenovo or Acer product repairs is a definite advantage.
• A Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics or Electronics  or any equivalent combination of education
• A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar position
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, pro-active and pleasant personality
• Very good mastery of written and spoken English.
