Looking for INDOOR SALES SUPPORT
RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will support the sales team by providing the following administrative and sales support:
• Prepare quotes and invoices for customers.
• Maintain and update customer data base daily.
• Update and report on sales and sales forecasts.
• Compile reports for sales team and management.
• Contact customers to arrange and confirm appointments.
• Prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with store and clients.
• Follow up on quotes as per sales rep request.
• Follow up on customer upcoming product renewals.
• Attend to urgent deliveries.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Customer service focussed.
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills.
• HSC holder or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in an admin or sales position.
