The Indoor Sales Representative shall attend to the needs and provide an outstanding shopping experience, to every person who has contact with the Jaquar Concept showroom.

The Indoor Sales Representative (full-time position) will report to the Business Development Manager or any designated person by the CEO. Job Overview: The Indoor Sales Representative shall attend to the needs and provide an outstanding shopping experience, to every person who has contact with the Jaquar Concept showroom. (Salary is negotiable with commission on sales after probation period)
Responsibilities and Duties
● Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
● Understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
● Answer potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
● Keep up with product and service information and updates
● Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
● Explain and demonstrate the features of products and services
● Stay informed about competing products and services
● Upsell products and services and research and qualify new leads
● Execute closing sales and achieving sales targets
Qualifications and Experience
● Holder of a Higher School Certificate or equivalent
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Sales / Commercial field Skills
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
● Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written (French and English)
● Customer focused and creative, with a firm commitment to service excellence
● Team oriented with good leadership skills
● Sound organisational and analytical skills
● Able to work under pressure, within tight deadlines Candidates should be available to work on weekends and odd hours, as and when required
