The selected candidate's main responsibility will be to integrate a technical team to configure, install, commission, service and maintain Enterprise IP Communication Solutions.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configuration, deployment and maintenance of a variety of IP based solutions (IP Telephony, Network Switches, Video Conferencing, Projectors, Printers-Scanners, CCTV, WIFI, etc.).
  • Logging and follow-up of client support tickets.
  • Providing onsite and remote technical support to clients.
  • Documentation of deployed solutions.
  • Training of users on deployed systems.

 

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Should have at least 3 years of working experience in System/Network Administration or Customer Service.
  • Should have experience in help-desk/support in a Windows/Linux environment.
  • Knowledge of administration of IP Telephony systems (PABX) will be a definite advantage.
  • Should have a good knowledge of switches, routers and firewalls and networking concepts: TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, VPN, WAN, VLAN, QoS, DNS; Cisco certifications will be a plus.
  • Diploma in Computer Science / Networking.
  • Holder of a valid driving license
