The selected candidate's main responsibility will be to integrate a technical team to configure, install, commission, service and maintain Enterprise IP Communication Solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configuration, deployment and maintenance of a variety of IP based solutions (IP Telephony, Network Switches, Video Conferencing, Projectors, Printers-Scanners, CCTV, WIFI, etc.).
- Logging and follow-up of client support tickets.
- Providing onsite and remote technical support to clients.
- Documentation of deployed solutions.
- Training of users on deployed systems.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Should have at least 3 years of working experience in System/Network Administration or Customer Service.
- Should have experience in help-desk/support in a Windows/Linux environment.
- Knowledge of administration of IP Telephony systems (PABX) will be a definite advantage.
- Should have a good knowledge of switches, routers and firewalls and networking concepts: TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, VPN, WAN, VLAN, QoS, DNS; Cisco certifications will be a plus.
- Diploma in Computer Science / Networking.
- Holder of a valid driving license
