Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Human Resources Manager who will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

 

The incumbent will create and implement human resource strategies to support the strategic direction of the organization, specifically in talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. You will collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to ensure effective HR practices that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that drive organizational success.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to identify, nurture, and retain top talent.

Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances.

Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and benchmarking with industry standards.

HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Establish and monitor key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and drive informed decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR activities, trends, and recommendations.

Legal Compliance:
  • Stay current with labour laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.
  • Manage legal aspects of HR, such as contracts, agreements, and dispute resolution.

HR Technology:
  • Manage HRMS system to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy.

Performance Management:
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and talent development.
Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Master's degree and HR certifications are a plus.
  • At least 3 to 5 years proven experience in a senior HR role, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
