Main Duties
- Responsible for talent acquisition process as per guidelines
- Maintain compliance with labour laws, regulations, policies and procedures
- Ensure sound Industrial Relations
- Monitor communication between employees and management and ensure holding of works council
- Draft minutes of meetings
- Identity training needs and coordinate training and development programs
- Responsible for HRDC refund procedures
- Administer Human Resources Information System
- Manage expatriates
- Maintain and update employees’ individual files
- Contribute to employees’ welfare
- Follow up of orders and provision of uniforms
- Participate in department’s budget preparation
Profile
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good Knowledge of labour laws and Remuneration Regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information System Software
- Integrity, discretion and confidentiality
- Competency in MS Office
Qualifications
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate or alternative equivalent qualifications
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or alternative equivalent qualifications
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
