Inicia Ltée is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates who wish to be considered for the following post:

 

Main Duties

  • Responsible for talent acquisition process as per guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Ensure sound Industrial Relations
  • Monitor communication between employees and management and ensure holding of works council
  • Draft minutes of meetings
  • Identity training needs and coordinate training and development programs
  • Responsible for HRDC refund procedures
  • Administer Human Resources Information System
  • Manage expatriates
  • Maintain and update employees’ individual files
  • Contribute to employees’ welfare
  • Follow up of orders and provision of uniforms
  • Participate in department’s budget preparation

 

Profile

  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good Knowledge of labour laws and Remuneration Regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information System Software
  • Integrity, discretion and confidentiality
  • Competency in MS Office

 

Qualifications

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate or alternative equivalent qualifications
  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or alternative equivalent qualifications
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience
