The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the organization's business units, providing HR expertise and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations to ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, maintain succession planning efforts, support recruitment efforts, and manage performance and development processes.
  • Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and develop and implement 'localised' HR policies and procedures, to be adapted from Group-wide Policy frameworks.
  • Ensure that HR metrics are captured and reported monthly to ExCo team.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in HR, Business administration or related field; Masters will be an advantage
Experience:
  • 5 Years in HR proven experience
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, ability to manage multiple priorities, analytical thinking, proficiency in HRIS and other related HR software.
