Job Purpose
The job incumbent will have to provide assistance to the Human Resources Department in all HR and administrative matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting in the payroll process
- Providing HR policy guidance
- Participating in the recruitment and selection process
- Maintaining a complete record of interviews an new hires
- Orienting new employees to the organisation (Setting up a designated log in, workstation, email adress..)
- Assisting in welfare activities
- Any duties related to this position
Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related post
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, honest and trustworthy
- Fully conversant with MS office applications
