Our client (well-known company in the IT sector) is currently looking for a candidate with proven experience to work as HR Manager in their prestigious organization.

 Roles:

• Handle all HR activities and functions and report to the MD as well as the head of HR.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings 
• Involve in the strategic planning of the day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Able to handle a wide variety of HR responsibilities and issues for a large workforce with profiles of different levels. 
• Participate and work on disciplinary matters and conduct meetings

 Profile required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field or equivalent
• 4 to 5+ years management experience in HR
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect managers and employees regarding all HR matters
• General and In-depth knowledge of employment / labour laws and practices and Remuneration Orders also
• Previous working experience with the Union would be an advantage
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving techniques
• Exhibits professionalism at all times
• Fully conversant with MS office (Excel, Word and powerpoint).
• Being able to successfully work under pressure
• Comfortable with strict deadlines and able to meet  deadlines, and deliver according to scheduled timeframe
